Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe, a singer-songwriter of country music from the United States. The group she formed with Ashley Monroe named Pistol Annies, with Angaleena presley and Miranda Lambert in 2007, before releasing her second album titled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe, Assistant Village Manager of the village in Riverside Illinois has more than fifteen years of experience within working in the government sector. She spent nearly five years in Iowa City as the Deputy City Manager. Her current responsibilities as the Assistant Village Manager includes the management of the Community Development and Building Department in coordinating grant applications and working on special projects. Ashley aids in the daily running of Riverside's services as well as implementing the elected officials' and community visions. Ashley's responsibilities include planning for municipal services, budgeting and management of personnel as well as collective bargaining. Ashley also focuses on environmental initiatives.
